I recently lost some weight, a lot of weight (about 60lbs), and I'm pretty proud of myself! The only problem is that I now have to deal with some excess skin and flabby areas. The area I'm most concerned about is my butt. I've noticed that it has lost some shape and firmness throughout my weight-loss journey. I was hoping someone would have (detailed) exercise tips to help me regain some firmness and lift. Is it possible to have a tight booty after losing so much weight or will I forever be flabby? Also, is it even possible to squat my way to a bubble butt, or is that just a genetic thing? Thanks, guys! :)
