You need to make sure you're eating well balanced meals. Aim for protein from boiled chicken, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cheeses, nuts, salmon if you like fish. For exercise, at least 30 minutes of cardio each time you exercise is the best. Running is the fastest and quickest way to lose weight. You could also work on weight-training if you're looking to get toned and gain some muscle mass. 128 pounds and being 5'9" seems pretty low, so don't concentrate on a number but instead how you look in the mirror and how your clothes fit.

eat more smaller meals per day (5-8) this will increase your metabolism which will make your body burn fat quicker. also drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks etc.
