A: a cocky, insensitive but smart, thinks its cool to talk about other people, kinda cute, buff, thinks he's tough guy.

B: a confident, sensitive but not too sensitive, smart, doesn't like to talk crap, kinda cute, skinny but toned guy.

B definatley, although too much confidence it a big put off. Big over sized muscles are a put off, skinny /average guys are the best, especially when they can be there self around anyone and don't try too hard

i think girls would go for B because they are more emotional since they are not cocky and doesn't think he's a tough guy, he has feelings.
