when I was a little I had a cavity filled on my front tooth, It's a small dot on my tooth but the filling has turned yellower/darker than the rest of my teeth. It bothers my so bad! If you noticed it would it gross you out too?

It would bother some and it wouldn't bother others. Its like anything. Some people have gaps on their teeth, they might have crocked teeth.

Superficially nobody wants that but if you get to know somebody, a lot of flaws turn into positives.

Your filling might not be as bad as you think. People tend to be their own worst critic and often have distorted views of their body, face, teeth, ect.

Try to not think about it so much. Also consider replacing the filling once and awhile to a color that matches your teeth, if it really troubles you.

I'm not bothered by a girl's teeth appearance, never was. She can be missing teeth, have cavities, yellow...doesn't matter.

Honestly, it just depends on how obvious it is to the individual. You're obviously already going to have the insecurity from it. But, if the other doesn't concern themselves about it - believe them, and forget about it. Because them not caring about it, will it turn make you subconsciously forget about it as well, possibly.
