Activities with girlfriend who has MS?

I have a wonderful girlfriend who I have been seeing for a few months now. She has MS and is visually impaired. I've found plenty of ideas in getting to know her (i.e. we've gone bowling, billiards, movies, dinners, shows, sports games), but could use a few more as time goes on. Her mobility is sometimes impaired, and thus getting around (i.e. outdoor activities, museums, zoo, anything with lots of stairs/walking) can be out some days. We are in Vegas and while seemingly there would be plenty to do, walking around a casino can take a lot out of her and so trying to find some ideas for those days when she can't do all the walking.

I have MS so I can sympathize completely. What's really important is to ask her how she's feeling. If she's having a heavy fatigue day or heavy spasticity day, it'll be painful for her to really do anything.

If possible, drive rather than walk, take an escalator or elevator instead of stairs, etc. The worst part about MS is that a good day can give you a bad week. If you overextend yourself, you can really screw yourself and cause a few bad pain/fatigue days.

Get into firearms (if you are not already) and take her to a gun range to shoot, it's one of the best hobbies you can have, and may help you protect yours or someone elses life in the future.
