Everyone's body is different.
Some people are physically hungry every couple hours, and others are only hungry every couple days. It has to do with metabolism and your overall body type.
I would first suggest you get some blood work done as well as speak to a nutritionist so you can better understand how your body in particular works,
You still gotta eat every day, even though you may not be physically hungry. Its going to be trickier because your body doesn't necessarily register hunger, so you are going to have to remind yourself to eat. Still try and make sure its protein, healthy carbs, and healthy fats. I still reccommend keeping active and working out (could speed up your metabolism and make you hugrier). Try to schedule your meals if you can. This way, it becomes a part of your body's routine to eat.

I use to eat like a fat ass until my food source was cut off ha, so eventually I got to the point where I'd hardly eat and never feel hungry. Why? Because my stomach shrunk so now it doesn't take much to make me full. Tbh I really can't afford that because I needto gain weight. I'm having issues with getting to where I use to be. So once you go slightly hungry for a bit, you'll get less and less hungry with time.

your metabolism would be that slow that you wouldn't feel hungry
and you probobly didn't do anything active over the 50 hours that's why you didn't feel dizzy
I have a friend who needs to set reminders for herself to eat because she never feels hungry ever. I can't understand how it's possible myself, either.
i didn't read the whole question it was to long...but book an appointment with your doctor and have them check your thyroid gland.

well.. iv noticed if I go the day without eating my tummy will growl for like a half an hour and then the hungry feeling will go away.. do you go without food alot? if so your body could just be use to it

I swear when you fast you're only meant to not eat while the sun is up?
If that's the case you shouldn't go 50 hours anyway.
Plus I doubt it's really that long anyway, you may be over selling it.
