You're only going to get attacked for asking this. Everyone on this site knows better than any doctor or dietitian, they all know best.
-30 to 60 minutes of cardio a day(running,jogging,swimming,jump roping etc)
In particular for your legs, running,not sprinting will help burn some of the fat off and help you get skinny legs rather than muscular.
-Strength training 2-3x a week(pilates,calisthenics,weight training,resistance training,yoga etc)
-Eat healthy.Avoid processed foods, fruit juices and cokes(soda,pop etc)
I wouldn't worry too much about losing weight. Maybe just toning. But you sound like you are at a good weight now, 109, I am 5'5" and I weight a lot more than you do and still look alright :P So I wouldn't worry too much. I have a larger frame tho. But if you are having issues, then I would try just toning, like do some pilates.
Well I agree with some people, you don't really gotta lose weight 109 doesn't sound bad well I give you seem tips just drink pure water and do jump rope;) it helped me a lot but I also hit the gym and didn't eat junk food for about 4 months

Uh dear, you don't need to lose weight. You need to get a grip on reality because you are obviously not seeing yourself clearly in the mirror. Anyone who is a size 1 is thin, & anyone who wears pants smaller than that is anorexic. There is such a thing as being to skinny & every body needs some fat, you can't be skin or bones, unless you want to die.

People who are anorexic, not saying you are, look in the mirror & see a very fat person. In actuality, they are not fat at all, but they don't see themselves as they truly are. Normal people can do this to, & I think this is what you are doing. Seriously, you do not need to lose weight, sounds more like you have a self esteem issue.

There are some women who are naturally thin & wear a really small pant size, but not many. Most women who are that small are trying to be tiny & DO have self esteem issues. I never said "everything" has to do with self esteem, but I think in this case self esteem is the issue. Any girl who thinks she is fat when she is that light obviously doesn't have a positive view of their body. And while not all self esteem issues leads to anorexia, sometimes it does.
Also, sometimes people want to improve their bodies, but there is nothing to improve. Many times skinny girls see fat in the places where it really doesn't exist. Also, everyone needs some fat on their body to survive, people are meant to be skin & bones. And you shouldn't accuse women who are "fat" as you call it, of not trying to improve their bodies. Many people are overweight, & try to get to a healhty weight. But it is not easy as people think, & I think it's wrong to call someone fat!

There is something wrong with losing weight when you don't need to. I'm just keeping it real, & you don't need to lose weight. Anyone who is a size one is skinny & anything below is too thin. If you keep obsessing about your weight, it could lead to an eating disorder. Instead of trying to lose weight, you should work on learning to love your body the way it is. I really think it is a self esteem thing, you don't have anything to improve on physically. Being skin & bones is no fun.
The average weight for a female 5'4 is 114-127(and that's if you have a small body frame) so your already under weight as it is, if you loose any more weight your just setting yourself up for illnesses.

I have to agree with anonymous, someone who is the QA weight shouldn't be trying to lose weight. It's okay for her to maintain her weight, but I don't suggest losing any. The extra Ibs the QA sees does not exist, it is all in the head.
