I'm planning on going into a field that requires a lot of sitting 7 days a week basically non stop, Standing desks don't sound great because I'll be drawing on slated surfaces which is harder to do when you're standing. I just need a better way to stay healthy BUT also be able to crank out the same amount of work. I absolutely loath exercising outside because I live in Texas AKA the hottest place in Hell because of the humidity, I also don't like exercising in general because you really have to go ham and get your heart pumping to loose weight. I tried for almost 2 years to exercise lightly every single day but it did absolutely nothing and apparently the only way you can loose weight is to really get your heart beating and your face all red and sweaty. I don't own a treadmill and i'm not buying one. Can I just DIY cut all my fat off? Thanks.
