How do anorexics do to have energy and smell good, I'm not anorexic but I'm very thin and I don't eat much because I'm depressed?

Psychologist and psychiatrist don't help for depression and private appointments cost money and my parents don't want to help me, they think mental health and therapist are waste of time, and I don't know how to get hospitalize in an asylum. Maybe with some exercise my body will be better.

Psychologist definitely help with depression in many, many cases. If you have not been to one I reccommend it, if you are speaking from previous experience then I'm sorry you have had such a negative experience. I'm writing this mostly to tell you I hope you fight this and get better with time. I'm a bit lost for advice as I come from a country which has universal healthcare which includes some private psychology appointments.
