Do people have different shape of abs?

For example those 2 really have a flat stomach.

As for me here I feel like I still have a little pouch at the lower part.
Is it due to a lower fat % or just people have a different shape regardless the workout and diet.

In terms of shape its also dependent on genetics, where muscle fibres attach. Some men for example can get 8 pack. The fat % one needs to get to be able to see abs differs. Same way abs are also dependent on genetics and can differ depending on body fat %.

It might just be a possibility that it maybe your internal organs, women have uterus for example. Otherwise it could be you need to just exercise lower abs or lower fat% a bit more. I think it just needs more toning.

They have different shapes. The ligaments in the muscle determine shape, and they are determined by genetics.

For example, some have big obliques, some have 2-packs, some have 4-packs, some 6-packs some 8-packs some 10-packs.

But yea people have different ab shapes. No different from our body types. My pics have a slight gap in between. Some men don't have that. No amount of exercise will change it. No diet will change it.

Mhmm, well, I’d say do more ab exercises targeting the lower abs more, as well as eating cleaner to see if those suggestions help or do anything. Literally type in “lower ab exercises” on google and try doing those a lot
