Honestly no. When you say you've tried does that mean not just working out but pushing yourself to your limit and eating healthy? I think you should try more before you make a decision like that. You're young and you're really not that overweight as a lot of people who are older with slower metabolisms and 100pounds heavier then you who are loosing weight without surgery. Its all about your mental state, if you push yourself to your limit and don't stop then that's all you need. Personally I think getting surgery like that is you giving up and not really trying, no offense. I've lost 50 pounds by working out and eating healthy. If I only worked out a little bit in my comfort zone and didn't push myself then I'd still be the same weight I was. If you feel like you need a push then look into a physical trainer. But don't give up just yet, you're young and the risk is not worth it at your age.

The website looks like a scam, to be honest. I wouldn't do it.
I feel your pain, though. I weigh about the same you do due to PCOS. PCOS also slows down my metabolism, making it nearly impossible to lose weight. However, I started doing 30 minute workouts every day, and even though it took a MONTH of no results, I finally started to lose weight, and now I'm down 20 pounds. How long did you try diet and exercise? It might just be a matter of getting over that "hill" of no results.
Have you consulted a doctor on your weight and why you're not losing it? I wouldn't just automatically think you need something like that. Also it seems iffy and potential to f*** up your stomach. I wonder if it's actually FDA approved.
