How to lose back and arm fat?

i used to be a gymnast so I'm slim, but I also have lats and broad shoulders, but Because I stopped training a while ago, I don't have muscle instead its just a bit of fat (not that much) that sits on my lats and arms. I know I can't get rid of my broad shoulders or lats but because they're chubby it makes them look so much worse. what exercises can I do to tone them and make them skinny? I don't want to diet because I don't need to lose weight anywhere else I just want to tone up that area, it looks a bit out of proportion when I'm skinny on my bottom half and chubby on the top.
