Why does he keep looking at me?

This girl is always throwing herself at this guy I like. I just sit there in silence, grinding my teeth when they flirt. Each and every time, he looks at me after. We usually sit next to each other so he's always turning and laughing and looking at me. I'll usually stare at my phone or at anything else and then he'll end up saying something like "man, she's dirty." and then chuckle. Otherwise, after she's said something, and hell laugh, he just looks at me, laughing almost to say "wow, isn't she so funny?." WTF? I try my best to ignore it but I can't hide my reaction. Why, If he likes her attention so much that he feels the need to look at me or mention something?!

you should just come out and ask him if he likes her. I know that sounds super simple but you do wanna know and this will give him the opportunity to say something one way or the other. if he says yeah then you know you have some competition (and you can say 'really? is there anyone else you like?' and if he says no then you can say "who do you like?" my daughter is a master at this lol and this game kinda opens up for the guy to confess he likes you... you'd be shocked at how refreshing it is for guys just be asked this question. I would have never thought so but it seems to work for my 15 year old so...

If you go by this advice, you should make sure you don't do this in a school setting with people surrounding you who know you.

good point I was just assuming she'd know to do it in a moment when they were "alone" even if they were sitting at the lunch table together. it would be best to do it when like she walks away in one of these moments. he may not even realize he's making it look like he likes her he might just be using her for conversation starting purposes with the question asker.

But he seems really into what she is saying or joking about (usually sexual) but each time he looks at me! It doesn't help that I'm not happy! If he was so intrigued at her, why look? Is he looking fit my reaction? Or is it merely wanting to share the moment that she's so wonderful? *gag*
