Try hula-hooping! It's so fun and works your core, make sure you get a weighted hoop though. You could also try a ballet workout, it won't give you a ballerina body overnight but a few moves whenever you have free time could give you better flexibility, strength, stamina and improved muscle tone. (this is just from personal experience)
Also, if you want to cut out dairy from your diet, make sure you still have a bit of low fat pro-biotic yogurt.

The milk/butter will mildly help even though those aren't body destroying. The cycling will definitely help, especially if its outdoors on an actual bike vs under the ceiling fan in an Air Conditioned gym. The 50 sit ups a day will do next to no good unless you are under 6% body fat already. You would be better off adding in 1-2 compound exercises that require core movement.
yea but I wouldn't cut milk out it has a lot of things you need to be healthy. And 50 sit ups won't get you abs really but it will help you lose weight for sure.

Id still do some fat free milk and lean meats. Cut the butter and cheese though. Eat salads spinich broccoli italian dressing not ranch or thousand island id do 3-4 sets of 50-60 sit ups 2-4 times a day everyday cycling is great cardio
