So, I'd like to tone up in two weeks. I know that's a short period of time and I'm not expecting drastic changes, but a little added firmness would be nice. I'm not a member of a gym, so I need exercises I could do at my house with two five-pound weights, a treadmill, and other normal household items. Would running for 30-40 minutes a day work well? If things like yoga or pilates would be good, could you suggest what type? I think I could find a DVD at my local library. Oh, and I'm not going to do anything crazy like eat 500 calories a day or exercise for five hours. Thanks! :)
