Man you are looking good, and this is a good weight and body fat % for an average man. To go farther, you are going to have to reduce your body fat even more and it's totally possible but I have to warn you once you go for this level, it takes some major changes. Let me describe:
1. Very close watching of food/diet. No fast food/drive through. Limited menu options when dining out. Grocery shopping as well, eliminating 90% of grains from your diet, eating animal protein, vegetables, fruit, nuts as 95% of your diet.
2. Watching your stress and health. If you get sick, you won't have the reserves of body fat that most people have. This is going to potentially keep you sick longer and more extreme, making recovery harder on you. You also have to watch out for stress imbalances, losing sleep for example so this means your buddies are partying and you got to cut it off at 11pm to get proper rest. (11pm might even be pushing it!)
So basically, I'm recommending you more or less stick to what you are doing and be happy. But if you really want to cut and lose more body fat:
Cut out carbs. Cut out wheat. Cut out sugar. Cut processed food. No SODA.
Get 8 hours sleep. Or more. Every. night. Make your bedtime and wake up time a regular time, within 15-30 minutes of the same time every night and morning. My recommendation is sleep from either 2100-0500 or from 2200-0600, whichever one fits best.
I don't know what your current workout regimen is, but I'll say minimum have your heart rate above 140bpm for at least 20 minutes, 5 times/week. You can get a more precise and fitted to you number here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/fitness/in-depth/exercise-intensity/art-20046887
(as well as some exercise tips).
You look pretty buff, and if you want to add some strength training to that, go ahead and do whatever. Some of my favorites and most effective are pushups, pull-ups, planks, deadlifts, and bent over rows. Kettlebell work is also good fun. If you want to get out of the gym, pick up some sport like soccer/football, wrestling/juijitsu, or rock climbing. (or whatever else appeals to you).
Last, I will say you can find some happy ground in between. Maybe don't shoot for 7% body fat, but instead around 10%. Use some of the tips, but don't be so extreme about it. Get 8 hours sleep, but go ahead and cut loose with your buddies now and then. Don't eat fast food as an option when you're hungry, but maybe go a couple times a year for that burger or double stuffed burrito.
Good luck to you mate, and congratulations again on where you are at now!

That last of the is the final reserve of the body to keep it ready. To loose that last part you have to either build more muscle which will shift your metabolism or reduce your calories in take for a couple weeks to force your body to burn off it's last reserves.
Are you on a diet? Limit your daily meals to less than 2500 cals (it's really small). And have at least two days in a row per week where you will not eat any carbs.
Work out 3 times a week but focus on building muscle.
Congrats on the 30 lbs lost! You look great. As for the "flub" it's natural to have stubborn fat after loosing weight (escpecially in your stomach area). I'm not sure when you lost your 30 pounds, but chances are your body is still adjusting after loosing the weight. I was in a similar situation, lost 50 pounds (mainly unhealthy from an eating disorder) but even after loosing all that weight I still stored most of my fat in my belly area. Eventually after a couple months of eating at maintenance, even gaining a little weight, the fat redistributed. The reason for this is that when loosing weight rapidly, your body wants to protect your organs apparently. Not entirely sure if this is what's happening with you but it would be my best guess!
Even if this isn't the case, I would suggest eating at maintenance or a slight deficit and keeping your protein high. Maybe work on strength training to grow the rest of your body to make it look more proportional. You're looking great, don't think you need to focus on loosing much more weight neccisarily just sculpting your body. The fat will come off eventually but at this point it will never come off as fast as when you first started your weight loss journey because you don't have much to loose, so don't rush it! :)
There is no trick or method to losing belly fat specifically. It can take a long time. You need to be in a caloric deficit and eat protein + build some core muscle so when you do lose the fat it stays off. If you’ve been on a diet for a long time I would advice you to do a reverse diet first. It can be a bit complicated to figure it out by yourself so I would recommend you to at least get an online coach.

If you can diet for 12 weeks+ do a maintenance phase for 4 weeks then start cutting again! You have made good progress but you have a long way to go! Keep up the good work bro! 👊🏻
Pulse training like hiit and calorie deficit with a focus on getting enough protein and lean greens in your diet.
I think you look good from that sweat
