That looks like a fun home gym :)
I like:
Pull ups- which are basically a lat pull down with body weight.
Deadlifts - great not just for the back, but a core/multi-group lift. So freakin' good.
I also enjoy rowing in my rowing scull out on the ocean and in the harbor where I live. It's not a heavyweight back workout, more of a light stamina-cardio gig and just a lot of fun to be out in nature, on my own power on the water. I used to row on the machine at the gym pre-Covid, but when everything locked down I missed it so much I decided to buy a rowing scull.Another favorite of mine is planks, in various forms. I'll usually rotate through high and low, one arm, two arm, elbows, with 30-60 seconds on each variation.:
One more I like to do but don't have the equipment/stand for it is this one (don't know what it's called):
I think the guy in the. gif is going a bit too low, though. You can put undue strain on the spine if you go low enough to disengage the muscles.

Thick bar pull ups
Weighted Chin ups
Rowing machine
Then spine articulation moves like Jefferson Curls and Bridge Wall Walk
Basically nothing else will train your spine like those two. Neck bridging feels good for the back too after it's over but during feels not the best. Tho with the back pump you feel stronger
I like the rowing machine. I’m not a big fan of isolated muscle workouts. I like to keep my whole body moving and my heart beat up
Your form's lookin spot on haha those are actually my two favs too but add in pull ups!! SOO fun

Wide grip weighted chinups. High set count is important. 10 reps for 10-20 sets.
The rowing or to chest pull, don't remember what it's called in English is really nice too, adds a bit of a stretch.
Where did you get that dual slide cable machine? Mine is a modest single slide, am looking for a compact dual. All they offer here are full sized, like in the gyms.I like to stretch my back by lying on the floor next to a wall, press my but against the wall with legs straight up and press my legs against the wall. That stretches my back as well as my hamstring.
Deadlift
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row
Chin Up/Pull Up ( also one handed variations when I could do em )
Those are probably some of my favorites. You make the homie Athlean-X proud! Thou shalt not skip face pulls. Mine are face pulls and deadlifts, because I need that pump.
My favourite exercise in general is assisted pull ups slow with good form.
When you start getting tired swap from pullup to Chin ups in the same set get a few extra reps in.I hate working out, nothing ever gets any results besides not eating anything at all and running for 4 hours every day but even then, the results are minimal at best
Tbh I never think about my back. But i guess I'll know when I start working out more. When I work out (once a month I think 😂) its just the arms, legs and chest.
Ironic, I did back today.
Close grip rows, and iso lat liftsI find Deadlifting the most effective for lowet back, for upper it's rowing.
The backshots with da bois

Front lat roll pull down, and rowsFor me it’s all about pull ups and chin ups! Those are the best.
Leg lifts. On my back lifting my fit above my head. I get about 70% there….
Seated rows, lat pulldown, machine/dumbbell pullover. I did an upright row yesterday, does that count?
Ya kno I’ve never done back exercises but my back muscles are huge
Ohh man I can imagine your breasts during those exercises
Pretty much any type of row.
Bent over rows
Pull ups
Cable rowsI like Roman Dead Lift.
And pull ups too.I haven't any. I do mixed types of them.
