I can't really determine your body type with the combo of clothes you are wearing.
After an OK from your MD, if you feel the need to build your upper body, do a search on DuckDuckGo on "upper body workout". Places such as "Openfit"- even though they sell products and trainer consults- have a bunch of free stuff, including several exercises. You would want to do a balance of arm/shoulder exercises that pull downward (as lat pulldowns), and backward (as rows, tricep extensions, etc). Do some flexion (as barbell presses), but since most people have weaker back muscles than anterior muscles, prioritize movements that go backwards and down.
Alternate areas of the body worked - don't work the same area of the body on consecutive days: the muscles are actually developed while the muscle cells are rebuilding on the "rest days"!
Add some more "complete protein" to your food intake, and subtract an equal number of calories in carbs: this should help in maintaining weight control.
Continue a variety of general exercises- walking, gardening, biking, swimming, etc. for overall health. A variety also helps to minimize boredom, which helps you keep exercising!!! In a shameful plug for my profession, have a massage every month or two to head off muscle imbalances as you exercise. :- )
Good luck.

All that you need to do is to work out both the lower and upper body so that you can be balanced.
So Incase of the upper body it is high time thay you do start doing the pull and push exercises which normally do target the upper body pretty well.
1. Like to say get one of the days and do the Pull ups like 5 reps of 5 sets depending on your power.
2. Do push ups like 3sets of 10 reps.
3. Do befriend a lat machine since it is a better way torn you up pretty well. So as a starter that can help you well.
4. Do not be afraid to hit that bench and start off by bench pressing 10 kgs for more than 20 reps for 5 sets.
BUT remember to sacrifice 2 days for the push and pull day in your week.
For me my pull and push session is done on Mondays and Saturdays only where I intensely to focus on Ma upper body. Let us hit it hard.

Hi love! I don’t see anything wrong with your body I think you look great for your height! : ) if you want to tone your upper body I’d suggest going to some yoga classes or maybe hire a gym instructor : ) . Also, I can see that your clothing option doesn’t really highlight your exact body shape so I’d suggest wearing things that mark your body perfectly! 💖
If your rib cage is big then you can't do anything for that as it is a bone and can't reduce unless you cut it off. If isn't fat then you should go consult a trainer or an expert who knows about how to fix it. From my side you look fit and fine though.

If you're looking to lose fat, then eat fewer calories than you burn. If you're looking for muscles, then you need to do exercises that will work your abs. Things like crunches, sit ups, and planks.
There's nothing wrong with you, quit stressing. Just live a healthy life style the best that you can, and be happy and satified with that.
rib cage only looks bigger when you lose too much weight, you rib cage will never change size, its you "bone structure" not even surgery can change your "bone structure"
What? Well. I guess you are looking at yourself from a fitness point of view. I look at you like perfect. 120 lbs, what else do you want? You are beautiful. That's what matters. And that's from a man who loves women. Not their size.
Testosterone and steroids. I hear it works wonders. Plus side you don’t have to be worried that your ding dong will shrink.
You could do leg and butt exercises and lift weights to make your legs and butt bigger, which will make your upper body look smaller
Train shoulders and hips.
And lose bodyfat.
Do cardio 4 days a week.
Work on core.
Will be hot in 3 monthsYou want to start a workout routine focus on the places you want changed (by the way I think your body is really attractive)
I feel like if anything, you just have big boobs for your frame. I think everything you mentioned could be solved with clothing and good fits.
Don’t think it works that way. You tone your whole body.
Tricep dips, bicep curls, leg raises, crunches, elevated pushups
Archery may work.
I did archery in school and my chest is probably what would be considered toned, it's defined, but not prominent. There is nothing wrong with you body you look great
I think doing lower body workout will make it look proportionate
