Literally none! It’s terrible I know but I always find myself drinking Diet Coke. Been like this for over a decade. Seriously need to start drinking some water.

Hmmm…tbh, I don’t keep up…lol I drink water when I am thirsty through the day, I drink water when I am eating, and I also drink sparkling water on the daily. 😂
Not enough, that's for sure. I usually have two cups of probiotic ginger tea, a couple of bottles of Vitamin Zero and maybe 16oz of reverse osmosis filtered water. I should have 64 oz of water each day. My bad.
I try to drink a full gallon over the course of the day

In normal days, I don't know, like 6-8 glasses of water. When I'm on my period I drink A LOT, get too thirsty. Yesterday I drank two 1.5 liters water bottles.

Like 1-1.5 gallons but I'm pretty active and work out and also take creatine so I just need that amount to not feel dehydrated
8-9 glasses of 2 parts sparkly water and 1 part cranberry juice
On a good day 6 glasses
But right now am running on 2 which isn't good. I need to be more disciplined with it

Probably not enough. I've been drinking one or two cups a day recently. I drink other beverages like coffee and tea though.

I drink 3 bottles of water every day at regular intervals. Because I don't drink anything other than water. That's why all I drink is water.
Of straight water, I drink about 80 ounces per day for the last few months.
