Is it sexist no to date women my age?

I only like to date 22-24 some time ill do 21 but it's rare.

I'm 29 now and women my age have nothing to offer me. I often avoid them.

I only ask because I had a girl flirt with me at the bar and she wasn't that drunk. But she had to be my age or early 30s. I kept the conversation friendly not to be too rude.

If that's how you feel, I don't see anything wrong with it.
My manager at my old job, is married and his wife is 10 years older than him, he likes them older, he even admitted that he lied about his age just to date older women when he was 18.
