    Unfortunately we have to put our selves in Uncomfortable situations. And should get less uncomfortable with time. Think more about yourself. More self Love. More hobbies, more activités, exercise, meditation, yoga, go for walks. Join classes you are interested in. Join groups. Make harder choices. I've been working on it. I also have had trouble find girlfriend for ages. And as a man I have to do all the work in asking women out, stresses me out. Hard to rub into single people these days. Keep running into couples. But I just try not to think of it, and enjoy the now.

    Go out with more poeple... Reduce your free time..
    If your afraid of going out with people then kinda just do it and put yourself in a situation where tou are already out with them and you have to deal with it... Everyone can socialize, its just not everyone has the confidence in theirself to do so... Best of luck ^_^

    Okay, I don’t know if this will be helpful but one thing that helps me when I get in overthinking spiral/stress out about something is 5 years rule. Ask yourself if something that you are overthinking/worrying about is going to matter in five years. If the answer is no, then stop stressing about it.

    Also, try to find something that distracts you. Some activity or hobby that takes your mind off things and helps you relax. â˜ș
