Pinched nerve pain disappears with no rhyme or reason?

I know sudden forceful movements will most certainly aggravate an irritated nerve for me at least, but there isn't really a rhyme or reason to making it go away, I just know it will go away all of a sudden with no warning usually.
Opinions?

From time to time things happen & surprisingly you might have pain one minute & it’s gone the next or the other way around. As for my father he has a pinched nerve & it has been going on for months. He’s seeing a chiropractor & going threw physical therapy & he is seeing other doctors as well & although it’s getting a little better the man is still in pain. Good news is that his doctor order an MRI & unfortunately it’s taking so long for him to get an appointment. He ices twice a day, he is having a hard time sleeping & the only thing he can do right now is hang in there. I wish you well my friend.

Mine is either on the outside of either hip where the belt line is or its a tingling feeling in the right testicle. Been like this since like 2016. Nothing too painful, just annoying at times.

I see a chiropractor that adjusts my back once a week and that makes a difference.

I’m sorry to hear that & sorry to hear it has been going on since 2016. Please tell me you are seeing a doctor especially if it’s in or around your junk area.

My brother from another mother do you have an problem’s taking a leak? You might want to see a urologist or at least go for a physical & have them do a cancer screening especially if you are having pain in the right testicle.

I'd be dead by now of it was cancer. Just ask all my relatives.

The chiropractor adjustments kind of fixed the weak urine flow. It's not too much an issue now.

Testicular cancer or any other cancer is nothing to mess around with if you have a weak urine flow & for all we know it could be a hernia as well. Go get yourself check out anyway.

I had 3 hernia exams and an ultrasound already because that's what the doctor thought originally. I suppose it's possible I don't strain enough for it to extend into the testicles when I cough. I don't know.

I know the feeling I suffered for years. About 2 years ago now I had spinal surgery to correct the problem. Life is good now.
