Not heard of this.
For something similar I had to go on a “sugar diet” years ago. Dr had me cooking brown rice in a pan (flat dry layer) as it changes the chemical composition and doesn’t turn into such high sugar in the system.
It was awful. I don’t recommend it. But food options were limited during those long 6 weeks and I was hungry enough to eat it.
that rice has 80g of carbs in about 4 oz. that's a huge amount for anyone
This first time I've heard of this but I need to look into this for myself I must admit it could contain low carbs and zero sugar or small amounts hard to say thank you for sharing this I will have to look for this

Parboiled long grain rice has the lowest glycemic index, such as wild rice, but even that has a higher glycemic index than you want if you're diabetic. The best substitute is quinoa.
Haven’t heard of it but that’s interesting, I use rice flour and rice milk for cooking since I can’t have normal flour or milk.
I don't consume any sugar Naturally because the cancer I had a year and half ago used it more or less as a Gatorade for spreading from my intestines into my Lymphnodes
Don’t listen to anybody on here, nobody knows what they are talking about
