To each their own... like for a farmers walk I'd do at least 400, but I don't know what that vest thing adds to it so I can't speak on it.
You got me beat on squats though... It's like pulling teeth to force myself to just sit in a squat position for 2 minutes a day. The combination of deadlifts and squats make my groin want to explode and die.

I am trying to recuperate from bronchitis this weekend. I'm taking antibiotics which make me photosensitive. So no activities at all.
my workout of the day will be 30 minutes arm bike and 30 minutes stair climber. Crunches and stretch.
