I have the same issues constantly. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which is a rare connective tissue disease. I found out that I had congenital hip dysplasia. I had to have a hip replacement at 40.

You might have a tilted pelvic.. I incorporated my yoga o align my pelvic tilt within a week and a half..

Stretching/decompression, don't eat or drink inflammatory substances, take anti inflammatories like curcumin
