



Congrats on the weight loss, you’re looking fabulous! I think you just happen to carry most of your body fat around your belly, it should slowly come off as you continue sticking to your diet and weight loss routine. But you look awesome already!

You have done really well and you look beautiful. Just keep with the exercises. Tummy fat is the hardest to loose. It will take you longer to get rid of it but it will dissappear.
For a 27 year old, I would strongly discourage you from going under the knife. Also, just keep active every day. In about another 6 months to a year, you will see a dramatic change

That is so inspiring! Keep up the great work dear. I suggest you try waist trainers, that generally helps the muscles take their place back again. You can also do light workouts to strengthen those ab muscles. Eventually if that doesn’t work, then a tummy tuck should be the last option.
I have to say I’m just so happy to not have the big stomach! I am much happier with the loose skin instead of a big belly but I would like to still get rid of it. Thank you for your support!

I don’t know if u ever had a big stomach but let me tell you it makes everything a problem especially the bedroom!
I have and you’re right, it is a problem not only the bedroom but emotionally too. It affected me for many years in my self esteem and the bullying in school. But once I started working out, just losing a few pounds made me think differently. I still have a big stomach but I’m proud of the work I put in everyday. It’s why seeing results like yours it’s inspiring to me because I know I’m not alone in this.
It got to the point where positions that once got me off were squeezing my stomach and I couldn’t breath. That’s when I was like ok I gotta lose this belly! So I got on the Arbonne diet and the weight came right off!

He gained a LOT more than me. I’m tall so I can carry it off fortunately and I have a healthy normal bmi but my boyfriend struggled with his weight anyway so he’s slightly over but we are helping each other make better choices now
I’m thinking about doing a one month fast with my guy he has a little belly he gained also!
