Any medical people, what does a ring of antral follicles involving both ovaries mean?

It also says it's suggestive of multifollicular to polycystic morphology. But it says there's no solid or cystic adnexal mass lesions or free fluid in the pelvis.
Also what does it mean when it says, "uterus and endometrium has physiological appearances"?

I am fairly certain that the antral follicles are something that is counted as a measure of a woman's fertility.
