I'm about 5 ft 11 and he's around 6 ft 2. I'm about 10 pounds over weight and my boyfriend keeps trying to pick me up but I keep making excuses for why he cant. The thing is that I'm worried that he won't be able to lift me or if he can that he will struggle. I'm not sure how strong he is...i know he's strong, like you can see his muscles I just don't know if he lift me or not. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can lose 15 pounds quickly so that I don't have to worry about this anymore?
10 pounds overweight at 5'11", that makes you about 190 pounds, right? I think he should be able to lift that. I'm about his height, weigh around 175/180 pounds and am not particularly muscular or strong but I can do pull-ups. If he is as strong as you make him sound, picking up 190 pounds shouldn't be a problem (although don't expect him to hold you over his head using one arm...).
