And why would you be doing this?
What is your overall fitness goal?
And why would you be doing this?
I would have to say C.
There's a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes in my family and I want to prevent having to deal with these issues when I'm older and live a healthy life.
Laziness is a bad habit and I've recently changed my eating habits for the better. I've dealt with EDNOS for a long time and it's still hard to not go back to my habits because going weeks without eating was my strength and made me happy, but at the same time, binging and purging made me happy.
I've completely turned my eating around. I eat much healthier, 6 times a day(sometimes 5) and I make sure that I let myself have fun once a week, meaning, but eating whatever.
I have a sweet tooth and that's something I need to learn to control. I've binged on sweet foods till the point where I have scared myself :/ I'm a major sweet tooth person.
Working out is fun for me, so that's no problem. I love running.
Overall, I want to be healthy and rid myself of negative behavior.
None, I workout to maintain what I already have, there's nothing I want to change (except for bigger boobs, but working out won't do that). I've always been active and played sports growing up and I like being small and being able to wear 0's and 2's. I feel good with the size I am and I want to stay this way. And working out makes me feel good, especially when it's over and I feel like I've really done something. And I've noticed when I go a few days without working out I start to feel sluggish and lazy, working out keeps me from feeling that way.
I would really like to get stronger and faster (5k runs), because I've never been strong and I've never been fast. I'm taking a weight lifting class this fall which will hopefully help me meet my strength goals and I've been running all summer to improve my speed goals.
It was hard to choose because I'm 50% A and 50% B.
Ultimately I want to look good, both to myself and to others. I want to work out, in fact I LOVE to work out.

I'm already at a perfectly good weight, I could probably gain some weight, actually, if my metabolism didn't get in the way of that, but I'd really like to start running so I can actually get in shape. My endurance is really sadly pathetic. I always put it off though. What I really need is a buddy to go running with; that'd probably keep me accountable for it. Hmm...
A and C. I'm looking to put on weight and muscle, and to keep my tone (and maybe get a little more toned). I don't want to be ripped, but I would like to be noticeably thicker.
A and C... I need to stay in good shape (change my body for myself). There are things that I definitely need to work on. I need to be more active in order to achieve that. I'm doing this because I want to look and feel good about myself.
I'm currently in the process of trying to lose a bit of weight, simply to be healthier and more active, and to feel better about my body. Plus, exercising in general makes me feel great.
my longterm goals are to deadlift 500+lbs, overhead press 200+, be able to do 5 one handed chin ups with each arm, crush a walnut or explode a beer can with one hand. get to 10% bodyfat at 200lbs. hunt and kill a bear with a spear and survive
Im at a good weight and my body is pretty fit but I know as I get older I'm not going to be able to keep eating the same way. I ment to click C but I accidently clicked on B
I don't need to lose weight, but losing 10 pounds would be nice, and healthier
I wanna be strong as a rock and fit like an athlete.
To be healthier, stronger, faster, better.
