Why am I so obsessed with cheese?

My dream meal is a cheese and cracker platter, when I think of becoming rich, the first thing I want to buy is gourmet cheese. I’m lucky I’m not troubled by milk proteins the way many Asians are who cannot eat cheese due to intolerance.

Yes, I like cheese and crackers they are good... Where I live in the States Walmart sells this combination item has sausage, different cheese, and different kinds of crackers usually they come out around Christmas or New Year.

Based on occasions when you have posted about what you are eating, it could be that you are craving proteins because of a diet that is too rich in starch and carbs. More meat would probably be good for you.
