But I've never tried running shirtless until today and it's 100x better.
Makes me want to run everyday now
Sweating like a fat pig in this humidity.
Feeling after a run is 👌

Do you feel like it helps you breathe better?
I definitely developed a new love for drinking water because well I hated it and probably never drank actual bottles of water until I was 🤔 maybe 13 or 14 years of age. Crazy right? 😦🤣
So anyways. I’ve drank it only when I started experiencing dehydration.
Then I switched to Gatorade, but at one point Gatorade even felt too sugary or fattening and on a hot day I just chugged a bottle of water and I was like “thank you!!” 😂
That water saved my life dude lmao of course I’m gonna love it.
A new discovered love? 🤔 not any of those yet.
Breathe better? Not necessarily.
I cool down better
Sweat not bogging you down without the shirt and more easy movement. Used to do that for cross country back in the day.
It's amazing.
I've never done this before due to being embarrassed or feeling like it's inappropriate but so many other runners do this
*jokes*
~opinion will be deleted anyway, as usual~
although... I recently tried jalapeño spiced Cheetos, and they are amazing...
Stop being a dickhead and I won't delete your stuff lol.
Every comment is not friendly for some reason.
"if you do not agree with me you are not my friend"
bet you were popular at school... lol
I don't mind disagreement
You're doing something else lol
@NathanDavis
It's not about disagreement, it's about being an unjustifiably rude jerk, and I've read your responses to others more than enough to know that you have a distinct penchant for doing it. You also have a smart-alec demeanor that's just irritating.
@Physics-Man
Exactly
He's making it out to be just simple calm professional disagreement lol
so... the two of you feel insecure about me
@embracethepain it surprises me a bit from you, that you're a bit too much of sensitive snowflake for a Florida Man lmao...
@Physics-Man as for you, if you are going to ask questions about offending fat people (or not) then you better make sure you're chubby yourself
@embracethepain why don't you give him @Physics-Man some tips and advice on how to be fit and healthier, if the two of you are so helpful go ahead and work together...
There we go the classic "insecure" line.
Vintage Nate
Hi @NathanDavis how are you?
@Msputiton heya... lol
just here, behaving myself, as usual...
See @Msputiton has disagreed with me but not attacked me whether directly or passively
You just don't like me for some reason.
@embracethepain okay hear this out
if I do have on my face, and there is fat on both of my cheeks and also below and around my neck
can I claim that I do not have a face, that is just "excess of muscle"
what's your opinion on that? does having a muscular body gives me a fat face? or am I just chubby?
@NathanDavis now i want some jalapeños spiced cheetos😪 and you are always well behaved. Until cupcakes are involved🤣
@Msputiton jalapeño spice Cheetos are top of the top now! on my list
always have some to share, of course
To be honest I'm kind of surprised @Msputiton came out of nowhere lol...
@embracethepain so what about my question...
if my face is chubby, is that because of fat around my face, or is it muscle in excess?
@NathanDavis
Why would I feel insecure about some nobody such as yourself? Who exactly are you? What's the evidence for insecurity as well? You're just a toxic person.
Moreover, this response to you, which is possibly my first, wasn't instigated by the question I posted, but by the conversation you were having with EmbraceThePain and after reading several of the responses you made on other questions after clicking on your profile.
Everybody has some degree of fat, and I have naturally chubby cheeks due to genetics. There being fat 'below my neck' doesn't mean that I'm fat or "need to lose weight" since, once again, everyone carries some degree of it. But no, I'm in no need to lose any weight. I've had nothing but compliments on my physique in contemporary times, actually.
@NathanDavis don't blame you.
Alright enjoy whatever is happening on here.
@embracethepain i always say hi to nathan he's my friend and a good man
@Physics-Man okay, now the two of you can discuss if the excess on your face is either muscle or fat @embracethepain
I'll go enjoy some Jalapeño Spice Cheetos myself...
@NathanDavis
Your spelling skills are nearly as comically atrocious as your debating skills, you imbecilic cretin.
There being fat on my cheeks doesn't mean that I'm overweight due to fat and that I need to lose weight, since it's genetic.
At this point you're just responding for the sake of not making yourself look like the complete dunderhead that you actually are. It's a colloquial sort of "No, you!".
@Physics-Man typos can be fixed without an issue...
now to fix the extra face on your face that you call "excess of muscle" please go to @embracethepain he should be able to help you out with it
Typos can be fixed without an issue, yet you continue to make them! It seems you're too incompetent to learn from your mistakes!
When did I claim to have excess muscle on my face, you stupid fuck? And no, it can't be helped since it's genetic. I already pointed out that it doesn't go away no matter how much I workout,
