I don't know whether there is a history or this is a first for you. I get headaches during that time of the month and the best thing for me is Ibuprofen 600mg by prescription or just take 3 advils. You also might be getting migraines which is common at this age. It usually starts around now. The best treatment that doesn't involve meds is laying down in a dark room and putting a cold compress on either your head or back of neck. My migraines cause pain in my neck and back of my skull so the coldness feels really good. If you do have migraines then your doctor can put you on a preventative medication. Also there are the triptans like Imitrex which also really helps. If this is not a usual thing then is there a chance that you could be pregnant. I got a lot of headaches during my pregnancy. Either way, you need to see a doctor to find out what is going on. Good luck and I know how painful headaches are so I totally sympathize with you.

You may be really dehydrated or lacking nutrients that's bringing them on. Fatigue / stress perhaps?
I'm not sure if the remedy is fool proof, but it hasn't failed me yet.
I just put a ice cube right against the temple or side of my head that's hurting worse - without a cloth, just ice to skin, and message it on the temple in little circles till it melts. It dulls the pain considerably, and the headace goes away within minutes.
Not sure how it will work for you, but you can try it if you'd like...
well, first most simple thing to do is check your diet. headaches most commonly come from not eating enough. if you eat healthy and well then try exercising a little bit, and if the headache still stays after that and taking a tylenol or ibuprofen then maybe go to a doctor
Water works really well since your brain is mostly water and so it shrinks when it doesn't have enough water, causing the headache. Drink lots of water and hopefully you'll feel a lot better :)

I would say to sleep but you cannot do that constantly so go see your doctor about them and get advice from them.
It might be a bad diet. If you're eating too much or too little, that might cause terible headaches. Also, if you're overly stressed.
Just try to relax, close your eyes and sleep. It works for me better than any pill. After taking your pills, drink lots of water and take a short nap. You will feel much better when you wake up.
Personally, weed.
