Morning, it's better to take any kind of supplement, even probiotics in the morning because your body's digestion slows down, and your body doesn't absorb what it needs.

About 10 or 11 pm because that’s when I go to bed/take my meds so it just helps me to remember.
Morning would definitely be my say but it seems someone already said that. Before lunch time would be the next time I'd choose.
