Am I bad for lashing out at my aunt for controlling what I eat?

My body is like Addison raes body just curvy and I took the tub of ice cream in the fridge and and she said I shouldn't eat ice cream cuz I already look fat and that ice cream will make me fat told her to stop controlling me and attacked her looks either cuz she is balding and she should treat herself first so am I bad?

Perhaps, she is worried about your health. Have you ever seen picture of internal organs from fat or moderately fat people. Fat hangs all over the place on the organs, veins, and arteries. It is amazing more people don't drop dead than do.

No one should tell you what you can and can’t eat, unless you’re seeing a dietitian. I don’t think you’re bad for lashing out at her. She should focus on herself. She has no business controlling your weight and diet.
