hmm, I am not entirely sure about this...

I really spend a lot of time working digitally but, since I work mostly from home office this means I get up from desk and go around the house doing this or that, I go and drive some as well...

so, while I do clock many digital hours per day... they are rarely constant screen-time, and I really do not get itchy eyes like that

and yes... my browsers and devices both, they are set to dark mode by default
