Getting rid of gym anxiety?

It's normal to feel anxious or self-conscious when starting a new workout routine, especially when you're using equipment that you're not familiar with. However, it's important to remember that everyone starts somewhere, and that everyone in the gym is there to improve their health and fitness.
Here are some tips for overcoming gym anxiety:
1. Start small: Begin with exercises or equipment that you're comfortable with, and gradually work your way up to more challenging exercises or equipment.
2. Educate yourself: Watch videos or read articles about how to use the equipment properly, and ask a gym staff member for help if you're unsure.
3. Bring a friend: Having a workout partner can help you feel more comfortable and supported, and can also make your workouts more enjoyable.
4. Focus on yourself: Try not to worry about what others are doing or how they may be looking at you. Remember that everyone is at the gym to improve their own health and fitness.
5. Use headphones: Listening to music or a podcast can help you tune out distractions and focus on your workout.
6. Set realistic goals: Setting achievable goals for your workout routine can help you stay motivated and focused, and can also help you track your progress over time.
Remember that the most important thing is to prioritize your own health and well-being. Don't let gym anxiety hold you back from achieving your fitness goals, and take small steps to overcome your fears and build your confidence over time.
Follow a workout ruotine experiment and fail. Ask others for help if nothing works. Try searching and experimenting with workout spilts that work for u
I being a guy know of spilts only guys follow ( usually women do legs 3 times a week )
The splits that most commonly guys follow is
1 . Push pull legs
( push days means u do chest and tricep as when u push something against these muscles are used )
( pull days means back biceps as when u pull u use these muscles )
( leg days means u train claves hamstrings and quads )
2. Upper lower split
3 . Full body split.
Select a spilt and follow them.
She seems like good influnever u can could follow her. Try weekly splits stick to them once u made mind. Also dont be shy to experiment.
Also u can always hire some instructor or ask fellow females for some good workout splits for females that worked for them. Hope it helps.
You can look up videos on how you could use every tool in the gym. You could ask people there for help. There is no shame in that and it's also their hobby so they'll happily help out. And lastly you can listen to music from your phone to distract yourself from your surroundings.

I think the key is to think nobody is there for you. The gym is a sanctuary for girls and guys where I'm from. Everyone has goals they're trying to get to.
A guy doesn't want drama at his sanctuary.
Just use the light weights and work up don't try to be a hero and you'll do just fine.
Most people are way to focused on what they are doing and not looking at you. Go, erase the world around you, focus on you. And screw everything else.
buy some dumbbells for home and use that buy the spin on plates a couple of cufflings and dumbbell bars
retail stores have 1" holes online like amazon has both the 1" holes and the 2" holes
Just attend the gym at a time its empty or if you got money easily just buy your own equipment and install it at home
First off trust me no one is paying attention to what you're doing and second do what I do and go early in the morning when the gym isn't crowded
not a problem when you don't work out in a gym.
You gotta get used to it handle it
