Syphilis Test Results?

The first thing you need to know is this, per Wikipedia:
"Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum."
I don't have time to explain the rest, but the Illinois Department of Health does a decent job here:
The Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR) test looks for non-specific antibodies in your blood which could indicate an infection. In order to rule out a false positive a Fluorescent Treponemal Antibody test Absorption test (FTA-ABS) was used to detect antibodies to the bacteria Treponema pallidum which causes syphilis. Being that you results of the FTA-ABS came back "Non-Reactive" you do not have a current or past infection with syphilis.
Well the Rapid Plasma Regain (RPR) test was positive. That's why the second test Fluorescent Treponemal Antibody test Absorption test (FTA-ABS) was conducted. There are a number of conditions that can lead to a false positive on the RPR like a patient having HIV, pneumonia, malaria, lyme disease, tuberculosis, pregnancy, intravenous drug use, lupus. and even the Moderna COVID vaccine... So there's that...
Means it's negative. If antibodies were found it would be reactive.
Not sure you'd have to call your Dr to confirm

Based on the image you provided, it appears that the Syphilis test result is non-reactive, which typically indicates that no antibodies to the Treponema pallidum bacteria were detected in the blood sample. This is a normal and negative result, indicating that there is no evidence of a current or past infection with Syphilis.
It's important to speak with a healthcare professional who can interpret your test results in the context of your individual health status and provide guidance on any necessary follow-up testing or treatment. They can also provide recommendations for preventing the transmission of sexually transmitted infections and protecting your sexual health.
