Girls, yeast infection or?

So last Friday i was taken advantage i was high and all ( before i start to get attacked ik not a great idea ) i didn't think much of it til Monday when it finally clicked in my brain that i never consented I reached out to the person he said he was clean as well as what he used was clean and never open so come to Wednesday i about lost my mind i do like doctors Thursday i finally cave and went told them they My symptoms So they do the tests for stds and they said i can wait to get treated when the results are back or go ahead get treated while waiting on the results
it doesn't burn or itch or anything And i know that comes with stds and all

drs tested my pee but said no infections
i can't add the pics of what the discharge looks like but it looks like it could be a yeast infection

Like the discharge looks like bits of white small clumps Like it doesn't hurt to pee or anything no bad odor i showered today and when i was washing my body it felt like if u had chipped lips ( not sure if makes sense ) but like im already on antibiotics just to be on the safe for anything

Your discharge changes throughout your cycle. Small white clumps is normal. You’re taking antibiotics for no reason, which is going to cause a thrush infection.
