It's a long story but apparently I suffer from delusions. I feel horrible about it. How do you cope?

What worked for me was a lot of meditation. Lots of identifying the situations where people were getting mad at me and going out of my way to figure out how it could have been my fault.
I used to remember things totally wrong all the time and people used it to gaslight me which made recovering much harder.
For me at least, it was about not focusing on details through my day as a result of not being mentally present. Since I wasn't paying attention, I didn't remember small details and my brain would fill in the gap quickly and because I'm otherwise a genius, it usually made enough sense I couldn't tell the difference without training myself to question why I remembered things differently.
Eventually I got good at telling the difference between thoughts I could and couldn't trust. And the delusions started to go away... I think
I'm so happy for you that you are better.
It seems and feels people just gaslight me. Why do people want to hurt me I'm not sure.
It's not that they want to hurt you, it's that people want to take advantage of you because of the lack of credibility you have when defending yourself.
Like when the younger brother hits the older brother, hurts himself and the older one gets in trouble even though he didn't do anything.
Also, it must be pretty annoying being around people like us sometimes.
I can agree with all of that. I wish I wasn't like this!!
I would start by identifying the thing your delusions all have in common... The root cause
I honestly don't think I'm delusional but everyone says I am. Okay, say I can think of something. Then what
I guess the specifics of the next part depend. But this first part is very difficult. Because it requires questioning your perception of reality and you have to go off things you know other people agree with to base your progress on.
People people like the ones I'm supposed to. trust like a best friend or relative lie to me. Both have said a guy wasn't into me when he was 2 different times by different people it was weird
You have to question everything. Focus on the part that makes sense he least sense even if it feels wrong. Like for example, two people told you that a guy wasn't into you but you feel like you discovered he was.
The people telling you he wasn't into you could be called into question if they're not standing by their word (a sign you're not listening as well as you think you are) or whatever made you think you the guy was into you wasn't right. (your ability to read body language and social cues might be a part of this)
Your second part made no sense
