I’m starting to workout at the gym and go biking. What is the best underwear for helping keep comfortable and secure while working out?

Any specific brand? Style? Material?

Depends on the activity, but for most physical activity I prefer briefs. For bicycling jock straps are my go to though. Cotton or cotton/modal blend tend to work best for working out. My briefs are from a bunch of different brands but my jock straps are all from Bike.

It lifts your penis and testicles higher and keeps them off the bike seat.
