Why did I feel this?

i went to the hospital for a x-ray of my back just normal stuff cause my doctor wanted to check out a spinal thing scoliosis i think it was and when leaving i felt the floor feel like it was shifting was it me or is this common in big buildings i was on the ground level but beside the elevator i am concerned about my health now

that might be vasovagal syncope. its normal. happens when you get up sometimes after sitting for a long time your blood pressure just drops. Might be dehydrated. if it happens often then worry. its fine rn
