Someone asked me what’s the best way to lose weight when they are 5ft and a little bit overweight I said I don’t know. any advice would be great?

Drink carbonated mineral water instead of sugary „sodas“. Drink tea and coffee without sugar. Limit the fast/junk food to once or twice a month. When you fry/roast in a pan, use olive oil instead of fat.
That alone should do it.

Number 3: Intermittent fasting (which will help cut the cravings and the calories)

Eat healthy in a calorie deficit. If you are over weight then you are eating far too much.
