Body weight workouts are really good
But if you want super muscular arms you need to hit them weights💀
What is weightless? If you do body weight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups, you use a lot of weight.
I cannot imagine a weightless arm workout doing much good

Yes it of course is.. unless you want very big and strong arms
