I always eat to much i realize i need to give my stomach a break so decided i can eat one day and than the next have a break and then eat again
I feel like you could balance that out more, because that does not seem healthy. You’re probably overeating because you’re starving yourself for a day then going back to eating the next. If you want to lose weight you need to eat. You can’t starve yourself. Go into a calorie deficit and make sure you have 3 bigger meals or 6 smaller ones and eat just enough to fill yourself up. Skipping a day of eating is going to make you overeat and overindulge.

It depends if you are getting proper nutrition or not. In general you don't want to have more than a 1300 calorie deficit per day to lose weight in a healthy manner.
That doesn't sound like a good idea to me. But I'm no healthologist
