Yes. It used to be light yellow all of my life and btil about 2 years when it started looking darl orange? I drink a few cans of HAWAIIAN Punch fruity drink everyday, maybe that changed the color.🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes, even though it sounds weird.. observing it can really help you get a feedback on your water intake
Too dark.. drink more water.
Too light/Transparent... drink less
Pale yellow.. perfect

When I was drinking Mountain Dew all the time mine was light yellow. Now that I’m Pre diabetic, I’ve given up soda and drink water. But now my pee is darker even though I drink water but not a lot of it.
