What do you think is the healthiest everyday activity?

I wanted to post a question in the health category and this is what I came up with. Don't judge but I think that the healthiest activity that people should do on a regular basis is sex. It's the best work out and it makes you happier than ever. But I do like other things too. If you choose other, please explain bellow :)

Jump roping
Yoga (though I'm really not a big fan)

Just to be clear you're supposed to say which one YOU prefer and if you feel like it explain why. I did not post this question for advice I don't need any I'm fit and live healthy enough, no need to give me wisdom on healthy living XD Just say which actual activity (not somethigns people have to do everyday anyways) I asked which do YOU think not which one actually is XD
