Which cramp hurts the most?

I'm gonna say the one under the jaw, ever yawned so hard it cramps up and it feels like your jaw just fell off n shit? I think that's the worst one but I could be wrong lol

I would agree with @Robertjo16 if it was about WORST cramps. They stay way too long.
That being said pure most pain from my experience jaw. They are much faster gone though and it doesn't stay for days.

The main cramp I've gotten through life is in my calf. After a day of working out I've had nights laying in bed and going to sleep and I'd jump out of bed to put weight on my foot to stretch the cramping calf muscle out. That would get my attention when if would just start cramping up bad.

Yes the jaw/chin ones 😭 its barely when i yawn but more so if i try to brush my tongue and not gag from reaching so far back
