It's perfectly natural for your weight to fluctuate throughout the day. My weight will change by a few pounds daily depending on what I eat and how much I drink. You have to remember that your recommended amount of water intake is around 2-3 litres, that's 2-3kg which is err, anything up to 6.5 pounds roughly? anyway I'm being too lazy to check proper conversions so it may be off a little :p
anyway your weight doesn't stay exactly the same so unless it's drastic weight loss I really wouldn't worry about it one bit.

naturally your body does fluctuate about 5 pounds due to water weight so that is perfectly normal. also stress can cause you to lose weight (or gain it)

As long as you are getting all your nutrients then it is not un-healthy, I think... 94lbs may be light but 5'0 is very short so I don't think it's that bad.
Just make sure you get enough healthy carbs and protein.You should probably eat more protein and exercise.
