You're going to be charged up like Sonic.
No, the caffeine will keep you awake, difficult to get to sleep. Coffee is also a diuretic, which means, after you finally get to sleep, you will have to make a toilet visit in the middle of the night.
Not if you really like to sleep well. No coffee 5 hours before bed. No food for 3. No screen time for 1 hour.

It's a caffeinated drink, it's going to make you stay up all night rather than sleep. You could try decaf, but I wouldn't even recommend that. And yes, decaf does contain caffeine still because it's impossible to get all of it out of coffee, since it's naturally in the bean.
I did that once on a school trip. I had to share a room with the people that bullied me due to a mix up, that I couldn't do anything about.
I had so much coffee a night because I was terrified to sleep. I only slept during the day, said I was unwell. It was a week of hell
Yes. Caffeine is technically a stimulant but it's not methamphetamine that doesn't allow you to avoid sleeping over days. After a hour caffeine effect disappears and you will be more tired than without drinking a coffee.
Kinda feels like this should be obvious but Coffee is a diuretic and a stimulant so not a good idea when your looking to sleep assuming that’s what you want 😝 if it’s the taste you want -decaf
Well, I'm actually guilty of this. I just craved for coffee before bed time and now I'm awake. So my answer would be no.. 😆 Unless you want to palpitate haha
I sure wouldn''t think that coffee would be something to drink just before bed as it is a wake me up drink.
You won't be sleeping, but getting up every couple of hours to pee.
Sure. I mean, who doesn't like having nightmares and high blood pressure when they sleep?
Workout is healthier for you. You're just becoming chemical dependent.
Keep a flask next to the bed so you've got a hot drink if you wake up in the night
It is an open invitation to a sudden heart attack. DO IT!😈😈😈😈
You will have problems sleeping if you drink coffee before bedtime, because caffeine in pares sleep.
If I drank coffee before I sleep, I’d probably shit the bed. Thats just me though
It’s not healthy but you can do it if you really need to. I do it sometimes and I still sleep.
Yes. You can accelerate the speed of your dreams when you do this
Nope you need diet Mountain Dew before you go to sleep
Some people who have extremely high tolerance can get away with it, but I wouldn’t recommend it to the average person.
Normally it is best to stop consuming coffee or tea, for they contain caffeine, about 6 hours before bed.
Not if You wanna Be UP all Night. lolxxoo
I wouldn't drink coffee before bed — perhaps tea.
Yes the more the better.
Yea double shot expresso
Yes, and then a monster right afterwards
no
very harmful
Yeah, apparently you need to be hydrated for your organs to work over night. Coffee does the opposite and is not a good idea especially for older people who don't have a sense of when they need to hydrate. That's why a majority of heart attacks hit the elderly at night in their sleep.
No is not good thing for your health
Drink 2 cups every night.
Probably not, but whatever works…
