Okay peeps, what is your glute workout regimen that seems most effective out of all the ones you have tried? Some people say diet plays a huge roll and others say you can continue eating WTH you want. RDLs, step ups, kickbacks, hip thrusts, sumo squats, those are all of my favorites that really make my glutes burn. There's lots of good videos on all of those, although I probably didn't use the right name for them all 😬
But you do have to eat a crap ton of protein. It's honestly hard to eat enough of it, but the protein shakes help. I definitely haven't been doing as well as I should have been, both in exercising consistently and eating enough protein, but summers are pretty rough for us.
How long did it take to see visible change results?
